  • Telepsychiatry

    At Integral Health & Wellness, we offer in-office and secure web-based telepsychiatry psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We are a committed team, and our entire staff strives for excellence in all facets of the patient experience. We treat clients and their families with care, respect, and professionalism.


    If you are unfamiliar with the term, telepsychiatry is the use of telecommunications technology, typically video conferencing, to provide psychiatric assessments. It is HIPAA-compliant, highly secure, and your personal information is kept safe because of the uniqueness of the processes. This technology allows for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions of mental health services without requiring an in-office visit.

    Traditional service is predicated on insurance companies and mental health services. At Integral Health & Wellness, our full-service concierge telepsychiatry practice will focus on quality over quantity and personalized, accessible service over voluminous, perpetual waiting rooms and assembly line processing. Concierge medicine centers on the relationship between patient and provider. Our commitment to be available to you when the need arises, distinguishes Integral Health & Wellness from any traditional treatment facility.

  • Medication Management

    At Integral Health & Wellness we understand that anyone can develop an emotional or mental illness — you, a family member, a friend, or a neighbor. The impact can range from mild to serious and temporary to long-lasting. Therefore, the nature of psychiatric services treatment is such that, not all patients require medication. A practical evaluation will determine the most suitable option and ensure it is aligned with your goals.

  • Supportive Therapy

    Integral Health & Wellness utilizes a combination of psychiatric medication management and supportive therapy with a focus to address stressful issues to accentuate personal values through psychological flexibility. These initiatives work together to ensure wellness by identifying challenges and developing the solutions necessary to suppress, manage, and control emotional processes.

    Imagine the day when you do not have to waste valuable time and money going to a provider’s office. See your mental health providers anytime and anywhere using your phone or computer.

  • New Clients

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a client! We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting new clients in the Hampton Roads area. Please review the following important information prior to scheduling your first appointment, as we want to make sure you have an organized and efficient experience receiving our services.

  • Payment

    Payment for services is due at the time of services. We accept major credit and debit card payments. 


    Data is HIPAA compliant, secure and safe. Click the “Schedule Now!” client secure payment portal link at the top of the page to schedule an appointment.

  • Requesting Appointments/Cancellations/No-Show Appointments

    Appointments must be scheduled at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.


    If you are unable to keep the scheduled appointment, the appointment must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments are held with the understanding that the client will be seen that day. Other clients are denied that time slot just for you, therefore, a fee of the full visit costs are charged when appointments are not cancelled 24 hours prior to your visit.


    We require a $25 nonrefundable deposit to confirm services. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Connecting to Telepsychiatry

    Telepsychiatry is an excellent way to access your provider and to provide care at the client’s convenience! We use a HIPAA secure protected platform within your client portal account to conduct your sessions that can be accessed from any device. If you plan to access sessions from your computer, there is nothing you need to download. Simply sign into your account, click Appointments, and click Join Video Call. You will be taken to a screen where you will select your preferred video and audio applications. After selecting those, click Join Video Call and you will be taken directly to your live session.


    If you plan to connect from a portable device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or iPad, you need to download the Telehealth by Docfinity app. When you click the link for your appointment from your confirmation email, the Telehealth by Docfinity app will automatically open to your session. Then, just click Join Video Call.

  • Record Requests & Form Completions

    Additional fees for phone calls, letters, emails, reports, etc. will be charged and determined on a time for service basis for established clients.

  • Insurance & Billing

    Telepsychiatry and Concierge services are cash pay visits.


    Payment may be made with major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of service. I will provide you with a detailed billing receipt with all necessary information for your submission to insurance for reimbursement.
